Meadowbrook Medical Centre (Formerly – UQ Health Care Meadowbrook) has been providing high quality, patient care to our Logan Community for over a decade. During this time, we have offered bulk billing to all patients (who hold a Medicare card).
Our GPs have allowed time for patients to discuss concerns and conduct investigations.
Our Billing Structure is changing due to the rising costs of operating an Accredited Medical Practice without an appropriate increase to Medicare Rebates. We need to make this change so that we can ensure our patients are provided with high quality continuity of care by Highly Skilled GPs and Nursing Staff.
We will continue to bulk bill the following patient groups:
(Monday to Friday Only)
- Children
- Teenagers to 18 years
- Concession Card Holders
- Patients 65 and older
- DVA Gold Card Holders
- DVA White Card Holders
Care Plans and Health Assessments will continue to be bulk billed.

Patients are required to pay the full amount on the day of consultation. We can process your Medicare rebate immediately for your consultation.
